How do I access the new Dundalk Credit Union Mobile App?

Once you are registered for CU Online you can now download the Dundalk Credit Union Mobile App on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.  Here’s a video that shows you what you need to do to.  It will only take a few short minutes to complete.

I’m having problems registering for CU Online, what can I do?

You can check out our CU Online Frequently Asked Questions.  If you are still having problems, don’t worry, simply call our offices – 042-93 35489 and select Option 4 and one of our friendly team will help you.  Alternatively, you can email info@dundalkcu.ie with your query.

Will someone ask me for my CU Online login details on the phone?

No, Dundalk Credit Union will never ask you for these details over the phone or in person.  We can help you by using your Dundalk Credit Union member number.
